Vernon Display Graphics, a Carlstadt-based graphics printer, was acquired by a New York-based company on Thursday.
BluEdge, which provides creative graphics, printing services, and more, has acquired the New Jersey company from its Iowa-based parent company. The deal expands BluEdge’s service offering, which also includes a manufacturing facility in Belleville, according to a press release.
“We are very excited to join the BluEdge family,” said Ernie Minotti, Vernon’s general manager, in a prepared statement. “The ability to add equipment sales, 3D services and managed print services, plus six locations, will really benefit our current customers.”
BluEdge said the deal will allow it to expand its large format color graphics capabilities and offer niche screen printing services.
