Detectives say Headley would entice and entice young women between the ages of 17 and 25 to model suggestive corporate clothing for photos. Then Headley would allegedly grope and sexually assault his victims during photo shoots.

According to the sheriff’s inmate files, Headley was arrested three times last month and released after bail. Headley is currently in custody on $ 1.5 million bail, according to sheriff officials.
